why isnt there an interlinear for the kjv?
There is. Logos has a number of different KJVs.. Try the Cambridge Paragraph KJV or King James Version (no "The" at the beginning)

The screen shots above have the KJV interlinear with Strong's numbers ... I'm still missing what you are asking. Are you looking for the full page display rather than the footer? That's just a display choice.
As MJ pointed out there is another way to display interlinear content. Here is a screen shot of what I think you want. You select the lines you want to appear from the Display drop-down menu in one of the Reverse Interlinear Bibles.
