Incomplete Table of Contents on iPad (Mounce's Expository Dictionary)

An example:  Table of Contents for "G" starts with with "Gain" and ends with "Gentleness." However, Gentleness is not the last entry under "G." If the intent is to leave the table of contents incomplete, would it be possible to provide a couple of entries further down the "G" spectrum? This would make maneuvering through the dictionary more efficient. Would suggest this for similar resources also if incomplete table of contents are here to stay. Thanks.
