If you delete a highlighting style that is applied somewhere in your library, Logos should warn you this will remove those places where it is applied. There is currently no confirmation requested, and it's too easy to accidentally delete the wrong highlighting style, one that you might have spent hours or months applying all over your library, or one that you can't remember why you created but you've actually got a use for somewhere.
