Process for moving resources/index from one pc to another

I realize that this is a repeat and I apologize for that.  I am moving my Logos4 from one pc to another.  What is the process for moving all the resources so that the indexing isn't so long.  

I know I've seen the process documented, just can locate it now.  Assistance would be appreciated.
