its maybe an oversight, but have just started using the LXX abit more, and hit this problem:
I dont mind having the extra information if it can be removed, but it cant be [n]
This appears to be the default for all the Interlinear Bibles (not the Reverse Interlinears). The extra lines can be removed if the note is added to Reference, rather than Selection, and the text is copied into the Content section.
I'll submit a request to see if it's possible for the text copied to the clipboard to only include the lines currently displayed.
Edit: This works as expected when copying into a Clipping.
my clippings doest seem to be working as yours. I still get all lines.. and again, I cant remove the extras, please add the request for WYSIWYG, thanks
If you open the Clippings document and click on 'Add Clipping', instead of adding it via the context menu, it will display only the text that is displayed. I'll look into the discrepancy between the two.
The next beta will include a fix for notes so that only the top line is pasted into the title section.
yes clippings is ok, thanks, was greyed out so was panicing..
thanks Melissa, but in B7 I can't do that - add clipping is greyed out, but even if I could it would be an orphan, unlinked.. same with what you were saying as notes..
Are you selecting the text you want to add first? Once text is selected, the 'Add Clipping' button should be available.
yeah sorry melissa figured that out.. doh
