When I set options on the display of a book, sometimes they are remembered other times not. I have tested this carefully.
This includes: font size. locator bar visibility, multiple resource view, sidebar.
Any chance a secondary installation is overriding your preferences? How are you testing?
I'm testing by setting the options I want and then navigating back and forth between resources with the left and right arrow keys. I don't know if having more than one install could be a problem? I do use it on two separate computers... One desktop, one laptop... Both Mac's...

I think that would only be a problem if both computers were up and running at the same time... in which case, it may be the explanation for what you are seeing.

Which "left and right arrow keys"? On your keyboard? Are these bibles?
I use the left and right arrow keys on my keyboard to navigate parallel resources. As I have prioritized many types it has become wonderfully convenient. I use it to switch Bibles, Commentaries, Lexicons, Bible Notes etc. My desktop is always on but not used by anyone else. I doubt it could interfere because it would be sleeping...
Can you replicate the behaviour? e.g. set a different font size or multiple resource view. Navigate away with arrow keys and back. See if all is as you left it?
Thanks for trying to help!
I've noticed inconsistencies with bibles in Windows, but they seem to be resolved if I scroll the text before switching resources.
