On the last couple of updates Windows has popped up a message asking if I wanted to make changes to my system referring to running the Microsoft Common Language Runtime Compiler.
I used to see a message about running NGEN. I no longer see that message, but now I see this one.
I looked at the release notes and didn't see anything there about the change. I may have missed it, or it may have been discussed in this forum already.
Everything seems to be working okay, I'm just wondering about the change. Explanation please?
