Internet install: missing resources

I purchased bible study edition a few days ago.  This was a fresh install (no upgrade).

Since installarion there has been missing 50% of the bibles (and some books).  Total resources reportedly available are 258.  Is this the correct number of resouces for this package?

I have tried a number of troubleshooting tool commands, including:

Merge index

rebuild index

rebuild library index

rebuild bible index

update now

update resources

sync now

I have also deleted the files in the Application Data\Logos4\Data\XXXXXX\LibraryIndex\ folder and re-indexed.  All to no avail.

Does anyone have any further suggestions?  this is getting really frustrating!

Did you have L3?  I am not sure what you are referring to....but 258 resources seems to be right for the bible study package.  I counted and came up with 259 books on the list.  You can see where I counted from.  http://www.logos.com/comparison.  If you are missing resources from the BS list...I think the best thing to do is to call Logos customer service.  I did get one more but I may have counted a dot twice.

The reverse interlinear Bibles won't show up in your Library. Instead, load the version you want, then click on the interlinear button in the panel. (A little square with two lines at the bottom.)

I did not have L3.  My installation of L4 was from scratch. 

I did a comparison on the features table and there is definitely missing resources.

Some of the interlinear Bibles are also missing.  There are no reverse interlinears for the NKJV.

 

I contacted Logos customer support yesterday and will follow up today.

Some of the Bibles in Logos 4 do not have Interlinears yet, but they will be coming soon (though we don't have a release date right now). The Interlinears that will be coming soon are:

NIV English–Greek Reverse Interlinear
NIV English–Hebrew Reverse Interlinear
NLT English–Hebrew Reverse Interlinear

As Mark suggested, did you try and press the interlinear button to display the interlinear at the bottom of the page? The interlinear button should be on the same row as the box where you enter a Bible passage and says "Interlinear". If you click that button, the reverse interlinear should show up on the bottom part of the Bible you have open. If you do not have that button listed there, let me know and I will look into this more for you.

I hope you were able to get things straightened up today.  If you need some more help just post here.  There are some fantastic ppl with stars under their name for help.  I must admit when you get a response from anyone....9 of 10 times it helps.

Thanks everyone and sorry for my late response.

There was no revere interlinears for a lot of the bibles.

Anyway, I went ahead and installed the 4c RC and the system immediately did a 870Mb update so I take this as evidence resources were definitely missing from the first install.

Available resources are now showing 261 and all books, bibles and reverse interlinears are working.
