Accessing Worksin Library

I log on and the web app pulls up the works in my library, sometimes. When it does, I type in the book that I am wanting. In this last case, I typed in Philo on the documents tab. All of the works pertaining to Philo show up in a listing for my library. However, when I click on the work that I want, it either never loads or it takes me to a blank book. I also made a shortcut tab for "The Complete Works of Philo," but it does the same.

    Jeremy, sorry you're having trouble accessing your resources on the web app. Can you provide more information about your computer, operating system, browser version, etc?

    Our resource display on the web app makes use of WebGL and modern graphics capabilities. If your combination of browser/graphics card has trouble supporting WebGL, you might try to enable compatibility mode. (you can find this option under your profile menu in the upper right)

    Jeremy, some of the web app developers found an error that was logged from a session which appears to be yours. The error indicates you may be using an old version of Microsoft Edge.

    Even if my suggestion for enabling compatibility mode works for you, it's likely you will encounter other issues on the site with such an old browser. So, we highly recommend upgrading Edge or downloading the latest version of Chrome or Firefox.
