Greek Alphabet Tutor Audio Not Working

I purchased the Greek Alphabet Tutor and it did add to my resources. While Logos 7 is open I select the tools menu, then click on the Greek Alphabet Tutor, and it opens in a new panel. It displays the alpha letters and a list of alpha words across the bottom. I'm able to move through the alphabet. I'm able to switch from "read it" to "write it" and back. My computer audio works with other applications. I'm using Windows 10. PROBLEM: The audio for the Greek Alphabet Tutor is not working.

    Sorry to hear about your issues. I'm running the same under Win 10 without any issues.

    Stupid question: Did you by chance disable audio in the Tutor?

    Another question: since you write

    Does your interactive guide look like this?

    If so then it should work!

    Mine is missing the speaker icon. I think I found the problem. I need to have another resource that was not included with this one.

    Icon missing. I think it is because I do not have a pronunciation resource.

    I think I found the problem. I read that this resource audio will not work without another resource that has the Greek Pronunciation. Sort of upsetting that the promotion demo showed the features and said nothing about the need to purchase other resources before it will work. So, I've gone to search for the Koine Greek pronunciation resource. It is listed for $10, but can't be downloaded. Adjacent to the resource in the catalog, I can buy something I don't want for $200 and get the pronunciation included. Not sure if there is a refund policy, but this alphabet tutor is useless without the audio.

    Cntl R does work for reading the Bible.

    What Pronunciation dataset(s) are in your Logos 7 ?

    My Faithlife account with $ 0.00 order total has two Pronunciation datasets so Erasmian and Modern audio work in Greek Alphabet Tutor:

    Click on letter/lemma for audio.

    My library with many resources includes => Greek Pronunciations Dataset (Koine) so all three pronunciation audios play in Greek Alphabet Tutor.
