Error: Unable to use slide function from within Logos 7

I have all items necessary as confirmed with phone tech support to develop sermon in Logo 7 and send slides to Proclaim however I get nothing but blank page when looking at slides and nothing at all when I select export to proclaim.

It is becoming critical to me that I have the ability to use this function as it has never worked for me.

Can you make sure your version of Proclaim is up to date? It should be 2.9 Our records show the last launch of it was for a version older than the latest.
