A small thing

This is a small thing when so many other parts of Logos are still being worked on, but, it would be relly nice if the Library panel would rememebr its size, location and setting between saves. At the moment it doesn't even remember the settings within a singe session. A small thing, but would benice.

Also, some panels default to floating some don't. It would be good for Logos to remember where each panel (biblcal people etc) was when it was last used.

Also, this is the first version that has been stable enough for me to really play with. Just to say it's looking really great.
