Hello
After updating to RC1 I met the following problem. Hebrew is no longer written from right to left, but form left to right!
See screen shot (Eze 47:1)
.
In LDSL 3.0g on my Computer (WIndows 7) the hebrew text is shown correctly.
Hans vd Herik
No problem here- displays correctly.
Which resource?
What is your Hebrew font (in Program Settings)?
If you updated from 4.0b then you should reboot the computer!
Rebooting wasn't the problem.
The problem disappeared after unselecting my notes on Ezekiel
The problem came back after reselecting my notes.
Such behavior I didn't know earlier. I have not changed my Ezekiel notes since the update!

The problem disappeared after unselecting my notes on Ezekiel The problem came back after reselecting my notes.
Unselecting and reselecting your notes where? In the Visual Filters dropdown menu (the one with the multi-colored intersecting circles)? Or are you referring to selecting text in the Notes file itself? Or merely having the Notes file open? This is really bizarre behavior, and we need to get to the bottom of what's causing it so that Logos can find and fix the bug if indeed there is a bug there. So any further information you can give us would be appreciated. See Dave Hooton's questions above, too. (Which resource is this screenshot from? And what Hebrew font are you using?)
The strange behavior occured in all the Hebrews recourses.
The screenshot was form bhs sesb 2.0. But the error also occured in BHS WTS 3.5, BHS / WTS 4.5 and BHS / WHM 4.2 and BHS /WIVU, Lexham Hebrew Interlinea and AFAT.
The font: SBL Hebrew: Changing the font didn't resolve my problem.
I include a screenshot. The green marker in the first screenshot was from that note file.
Sorry. Problem does not occur when all three Ezekiel notefiles are unchecked.
Ps. Ezechiël (Dutch) = Ezekiel
Thanks AJ I can reproduce that just by Adding a Note from the context menu.
Adding this Note (by Selection) from BHS 4.2:-
immediately produces this:-
Note that verse 2 is still R to L.
Unchecking the Note from the resource's Visual Filter menu does not revert verse 1 until BHS is re-opened. Checking the Note then recreates the problem.
Thanks for discovering and reporting the underlying cause; I can reproduce this problem and have filed a bug report.
