Start up issue

I've had my mac and logos 4 for a while but when I went to do some study this afternoon and now into evening, when I try to start up it says my library is preparing and that it might take a while. I'm trying to be patient, but it's been almost 2 hours. Is anyone else having this trouble?

You can open your indexer log stored in Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Logging to see what is happening behind the scenes. My guess is the indexer is hung. Move your indexer.log to the desktop, then hold Shift-Command while clicking on the indexer icon. This will give you the option to cancel all indexer processes and relaunch L4. Zip up your indexer.log and post to the forum so one of the devs can give you some more precise advice.

Observation: console messages often helpful along with indexer.log and logos4.log files.
