Logos is Crashing on Loading Screen

Logos allows me to log in, but once it reaches the "Preparing Library" portion of the loading screen the windows "Logos has stopped working and will shut down" pops up. I have already walked with online support (by chat) through their troubleshooting process and none of it worked.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Unfortunately the log file doesn't indicate a crash - it may have been that something happened to Logos that meant is wasn't available to write the crash info to the log.
Could you check in the Windows event viewer at the time of a crash to see if there are any relevant events there? Details at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/124126.aspx
