searching in bdag?

Is there anyone who could explain to me how I activate the 'bdag search' in L3.

I have downloaded the script for the add in (and it says "there are no updates) - meaning I must have it somewhere in the system. However, when I choose 'search' the basic search box shows up and not the special 'bdag search'. How can I change this. It  doesn't seem to be available among the tools.

    I had a similar problem and it was only resolved by contacting Logos and getting them to unlock it at their end. Here's the thread. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/14157.aspx.

    I read through the 2 threads (which I hadn't been able to locate before). I have now tried everything that is suggested, but still no result - and my problem is the same as yours: The file is on my computer but it doesn't show up neither in the 'search' menu nor in the tools menu.

    So I guess I'll have to call techsupport on Monday.
