Logos isn't working

I have talked with two different people from the Logos support team and they said this was the next step.
I have checked my computer for updates, restarted my computer a couple times and it still will not work. When I click on the logos icon to open up logos it opens to the home page, but when I put in a passage to look up it says there is a problem.

Hi Ryan - and welcome to the forums
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
The logs you have provided show that one of the Logos databases has been corrupted - but it doesn't specify which one.
If we can identify it you would simply need to delete it and then Logos would recreate it and you should be fine.
These details should be in the Logos.log file which isn't included so my guess is that diagnostic logging isn't enabled.
Please enable it as per https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem, start Logos again and post the Logos.log file in a reply to this thread when it crashes.

This looks like a corrupted resource file. Try deleting the following file:
C:\Users\Ryan\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\rtewqlqx.nre\ResourceManager\Resources\AncientLiterature.lbsanc
Then restart the application. This will need to download the deleted file again, and after that, things should be working better.
