Logos4 A19

Since I'm having a problem with A19 that I can't correct, is there anyway
to erase L4 A19 from mac hard drive and re-install an earlier version that
worked?
I have tried everything and nothing works.
I can load home page, tools, guides, files...
but it will not load a single resource.
When I click a resource it does nothing or the pinwheel til it shuts down.
Resources are in finder, can see them but A19 has just stopped loading them.
helpless!

I have loaded, unloaded ... everything I know to do.
I never had this problem with any alpha until I loaded A19.1
Will call tech support and see if any help there.

I can load L4 and home page pops up...all looks fine.
Then I can click on library and it opens but when I click on any resource nothing.
I click on any tool it opens but can not get to any resource.
Eventually I get the pinwheel and it runs till it shuts L4 down.
Resources are in finder but can't open them

Let me see if I understand the problem....You open the library pane, can see all your resources, but they won't open when you click on them? Or, you open the library and don't see any resources?
P.S: Posting Logs is helpful there is a tutorial here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/6731.aspx. Also, It helps to give a post a rather specific heading, helps get the devs attention. Lastly Customer Service won't be able to help you. Since the Mac Engine is still under development, they aren't trained in how to troubleshoot it. Your best (and only) means of support is right here on the forums.

I thought that all was well with A19.1 but it is back to constantly having to Force Quit to get out of Logos.

Okay
I posted log files to see if anyone could make any sense of files.
Is there anyway to delete all L4 mac files off hard drive and start over clean?
Have ask this question before and haven't got answer.
Could something else on my mac be interfering with L4?
As I said earlier, all worked fine until I load A19.1 and that was it.

Okay
I did online search as how to erase mac hard drive clean and start over.
Since my macbook is new and I only have L4 and small about of other that can be backed up
on usb drive, I'm going to clean drive and re-install L4 and see what happens.
Thankful I have L4 on windows desktop that so far has been stable.
Looking forward to day when I can use L4 Mac.

I'm going to vote with the folks who have suggested posting logs.
Wiping your HDD seems a) like overkill and b) not terribly likely to solve the problem.
A simple test would be to launch Logos 4 and then, without doing anything else, type "open esv" into the command bar and select the first suggestion.
Then, if it doesn't work, post the logs (instructions are linked in my signature). That'll help us track down the real issue.

Cameron is correct. Wiping your computer will not serve any good. As you stated, everything was working fine until A19.1. You are using A19.1 and not just A19 aren't you [:)]
The log files will be far more beneficial to you and to Logos than a reinstall of the OS. Be patient and join with the rest of us as we progress down the razor blade of life that is alpha software.
