Crash

Tried to install Logos 7 for the first time (Mac). Download went fine. It installed, or at least I think it did, but when I tried to open it, it just bounced in my dock repeatedly but never opened. I couldn't open anything else while it was bouncing around either. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but the same thing happens. I meet all of the system requirements. No matter how I try to open it, the same thing happens.
Here is my log file:

Welcome [:D]
Console Messages shows trying to launch Logos application from disk image, which will always crash (temporary mount path for disk image includes /private/var that cannot be used for Logos Indexer). The open Disk Image shows an arrow since Logos needs to be dragged to a folder: e.g. Applications.
Installation written description => https://www.logos.com/install is missing need to drag Logos on Mac to desired folder being opening Logos. Right side of page has => Install on Mac: link that has images and video showing Logos being dragged from disk image to your desired folder.
FYI: personally have used Logos in different Mac folders: Applications, Documents, & Downloads

Thanks Keep Smiling for helping,
It is best to install it in your Applications folder.

FAQ said:New to Mac ?
Apple has Meet your Mac and Keyboard shortcuts. Apple Support includes macOS Recovery (with how to install on a new drive).
Apple Retail Stores have free Workshops to learn how to use Apple products.Meet your Mac includes link => Mac Basics (Apple maintains link on their "Meet your Mac" page so currently is High Sierra focused)
Many years ago, Apple sued Microsoft about Look & Feel => https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Computer,_Inc._v._Microsoft_Corp. with ongoing effect that Windows and Office typically change user interface items with major releases along with intentionally being a bit different than Apple. Personally like dragging Windows task bar to left or top of monitor so Start is in the same position as Apple icon => Menu opens down and to the right.
Apple's design goal is being easy to use. Many applications can be "installed" by dragging application bundle into Applications folder. Likewise can delete Application by dragging from Applications to Trash (can be followed by emptying the trash). Caveat: some applications (like Logos) have user files that are not deleted when application is trashed.
Keep Smiling [:)]
