Is it possible now to export scripture with filter highlights to Word?
I wanted to export with filter highlighting included.

No - sorry but this is not possible.
The highlights are not compatible between the two environments.

This is because Logos allows much more creativity in highlighting than Word. However, I think if one resigns oneself to the most basic things, like underline, italics, bold: this may carry over.
