The notes on my windows 10, Logos 7:14 laptop are not updating to my iPhone 6

Can you check if they are appearing on the documents.logos.com website? That will indicate whether the sync issue is at the desktop end or the mobile end.
Also have you checked the Notes Document itself on the iPhone - as opposed to seeing whether the notes are appearing along with the relevant resource?

Graham, on my web app notes are not loading. Clippings, passage lists, reading plans. No notes. It may be doing something because the donut keeps circling.
I can pull it up on my iPad and my desktop and laptop but not the iPhone.
Also on the web app the most recent date on any document is 2 months ago.
The web app won’t help us here - it has an early version of a new notes system and doesn’t sync with the other Logos platforms at the moment (unless you have signed up for a desktop beta).
Documents,Logos.com should have a copy of all your documents.
But the fact you can see these in your other mobile devices suggests it’s an iPhone specific issue.
Is it running the same version of the same app as your iPad?
