To reproduce:
- In the Collections tool, scroll towards the end of your collections list, and open a collection that has nothing in the "Plus these resources" section.
- Now, click "Open" again.
- Notice that the collection you previously opened is in bold type, and visible on the menu. This is correct.
- Then open a collection that does have something in the "Plus these resources" section.
- Now, click "Open" again.
- Notice that this time, the collections list has rolled back to the beginning. The collection you previously opened will still be in bold, but it won't be visible on the menu. You'll have to scroll to see it.
