That's odd. It had been requested multiple times. Maybe it's getting rolled into something?
I sure hope it will get rolled back into Pre-pub as a solo act, rather than a package.
I would be interested. I can get it for under $11 Canadian in kindle but would prefer it in Logos.

I was just able to pre-order it too. (As an aside, I'm glad this is being released for Logos - it looks very good.)
As a plus it is less that $2 Canadian above Kindle pricing I am happy to have it preordered here believing the very modest difference is well worth it.
Confirming with others it is back on pre-pub.
