Using Logos 7.15 Beta 2 on macOS 10.13.4 replicated focus change:

If floating Library window has not had a resource selected (without opening in a tab), clicking on title opens resource in a tab plus selects it in Library while keeping focus on floating Library window. Power Tip is using Library in floating window to quickly open desired resource(s).

If floating Library windows has resource(s) selected (OR has had resource selected with opening in a tab), clicking on a title opens resource in a tab along with changing focus to the opened resource while selecting it in Library.

CMD click on resource line in Library toggles selected or not.  Closing Library window followed by opening it toggles Library focus (so can open more than one resource since Library stays in focus until a resource is selected without opening - next resource open changes focus).

That thread has two posts by Faithlife employees confirming there is a case. I will update the case with this thread as well.
