There must be some way to connect my logo library with Endnote to make the process of formatting easier bibliographies more easy for students who use their logos library and outside sources.

You can export bibliographic information from Logos and import it into Endnote, if you would like. You can do this from individual resources under the "Resource Information" button (looks like an "i" with a circle around it on the upper right of a resource window). Look for the "Citation" section. You can also compile a bibliography (under Documents) and export that list. What kind of connection between the two are you hoping for?

I just recently downloaded Mendeley to add a bunch of PDF books, book chapters, journal articles, etc. I have gathered over the years. I hadn't thought about connecting my Logos library with it, but that is an interesting suggestion.
