The preview resource* for Logos Now/FL Connect this month is the first volume (in 2 parts) of Karl Barth's Church Dogmatics (CD).
I know that because of some terrific sales, many people now have CD. If you don't, and if you're at all interested or curious about Barth and his theology, let me recommend this as something you should read. If you want to know more about Neo-Orthodoxy, its understanding of Scripture and revelation, it's all laid out here. Barth is extremely wordy, but once you spend some time in CD, it takes on a rhythm and isn't too terribly difficult to keep up with. And, this is an opportunity to learn about it from the horse's mouth, so to speak, rather than secondary or tertiary studies, many of which are wildly inaccurate.
*I'd like to reiterate again that I'm disappointed that in the move to FL Connect, the number of preview resources has been dropped to just one. I enjoyed the sets that downloaded each month with Now, sometimes being delighted in surprise at some of them. But apparently I was in the minority with that.
