BUG:Coonstant Library Preparing indication

The search window constantly shows the message that the Library is being prepared, but the Library does not show this warning, nor is it present in the Tool Bar or the OS Menu Bar.

This is not necessarily a bug. While they sound similar, the messages have different meanings because of the context. In order for searches to be correct, your library needs to finish indexing. In order for you library panel to be correct, indexing doesn't even need to have started yet.
