BUG:Courses Tool missing transcript

Logos 7.15 Beta 4 Mac OS 10.13.4

This may have occurred prior to Beta 4, but I don't remember encountering it prior to Beta 4.

Every time I open the Courses Tool and select a video, the video window appears, but the transcript is missing. It does no matter which course or which video within the course.

In order to restore correct operation, I must start another course—or delete the current one and restart. Then the transcript will appear.

The second screenshot was taken about 30 seconds after the first one, after I deleted OT312 and restarted it.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Does it happen with every course? Can you post a screenshot of your program settings the sections labeled Accessibility and Text Display. I want to make sure I am using the same settings you are. Also if you can reproduce this please add your logs.

Does it happen with every course?

It happens with any MEd course. Start with any course started so that a video has been selected—does not require that the video be started, just selected. Close the Courses Tool (does matter if the video is still selected or not). When you reopen the Courses Tool the video transcript will be blank. Start another course (not one that is in the started list), select any video, switch to the original course—the transcript has magically appeared.

One additional feature of this bug: The transcript will only be blank if the Courses Tool is closed with a Textbook segment open. Discovered this when I closed the Courses Tool with a collateral reading segment displayed.
