Highlighting on iPad and iPhone Don't Register Labels

Hi

I've created a custom palette and enabled labels for each one. When I highlight on my iPad/iPhone, it highlights but it does not register as the label. When I use the same highlighter on my Mac, it registers the label. 

Why is there a discrepancy? How can I fix this?

    As far as I know labels are not supported in the mobile apps. You're more likely to get a definitive answer if you ask for this post to be moved to the Mobile Reader Apps forum.

    Hey Jeff!

    At this time labels are not on the mobile platform. The best option is to highlight what you'd like to label on mobile, and then sync those highlights to a full installation of Logos 7 and then add labels to the highlights from there.
