Background shape menu is cut off

The background shape edit menu is cut off. I can't get to the options like "tight fit" etc. Please advise on how to get the full screen to show up.

I think we encountered this when the Windows Computer has a scale set more than 100%. Could you have a scale applied? Should be in Display Settings.

My display scaling is set at 100%. It's an older laptop so the screen is not high DPI or anything fancy.

Are you able to test this on another computer? I'm having a hard time replicating your scenario if your scale is set to 100% already.
