If you have a backup from the old laptop use one of the Methods at Quick Installation onto multiple computers
NB. I think you will have 4.0b on the old computer but you may be forced to install 4.0c on the new one. You can still attempt the this process but I would only recommend Method 3. Method 2 may work going from 4.0b to 4.0c but Method 3 will work. Either way you will have a download of over 1.0 GB to update resources for 4.0c!

Nancy I have used method 2 twice now. If you follow the steps it is quick and easy. From start to finish (depending on you internet connection speed) it takes me about 30 minutes to have a fully functional program.
