Question about "Nestle-Aland Greek New Testament, 28th Edition, with Critical Apparatus"

Forgive me for asking a silly question, but my first Greek class is this fall and I am trying to get a head start on the resources needed.

On my syllabus for my upcoming class, this is the description of the textbook that I need: "Novum Testamentum Graece. With Greek/English dictionary. Edited by K. Aland. 28th rev.ed. Stuttgart: Deutsche Bibelgesellschaft, 2012. ISBN: 978-3-438-05160-8."

Is the Logos version, https://www.logos.com/product/29980/nestle-aland-greek-new-testament-28th-edition-with-critical-apparatus, the same as what is listed on my syllabus?  Thank you!

I believe that the NA28 with aparatus in Logos would be the same minus the builtin dictionary of the one you mentioned
