I have tried all of the steps and still no solution to the problem. every time I open up the program I get a blank home screen. I had support to check it out but was told that was nothing they could do. the problem started when the program update and now I have win 10 and there is the same problem with the catholic and logo it self. the program can be access by the layout but when the home page was working it was better.
