After I updated my Windows on Thursday, Logos will not load at all. It will start to open and then nothing. I have read the forum and tried holding the control key while opening Logos and still nothing happens.

I suspect I have the same problem. Logos 7 opens to a white screen/window. I have checked the support post about graphics drivers - indeed, my graphics chip is Intel - and have updated to the latest version. But this started happening with the recent big Windows 10 update.

I suspect I have the same problem.
I don't read your issue as being the same. My understanding is that the OP can't use Logos, while you simply have a blank home page (but can otherwise use Logos). Is that right (at least on your side)? I also assume that you are running 32 Bit Windows. Is that true as well? There is a known issue with the home page and 32 Bit windows. If you are able to update to 64 Bit, it may fix that. Do note, however: Not all "legacy" software is compatible with 64 Bit Windows.

From your logs I can see you're running 64-bit Windows, so you won't be affected by the problem in Logos 7.15 that causes blank screens in some panels on 32-bit Windows.
However, we have heard of blank screens with Windows 10 version 1803 with Intel 4600 HD GPUs: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/168976/976980.aspx#976980
If this is your system, you might want to try disabling hardware acceleration, as per that post.

Holding the Control key down before and while Logos is opening is intended to get you to the sign in screen, enable logging, and will result (if Logos opens after the sign in window) in a blank layout. If Logos opens you can click the house icon in the top-left to navigate to the Home page. Do you see the sign in window when you attempt to open Logos in this way? If not what exactly do you see happen?
I'm having the exact same problem.
Got a new laptop with Windows 11 and now Logos won't open.
The logo comes up and then goes away, the program doesn't load.
