Downloading new resources

Hey, all. I am trying to download new resources I was notified today are ready fro downloading. I have tried off and on all evening, and even received the new 19.1 Mac update, but the resources don't appear in either my Mac or VM. The not from Logos says to just restart the program and they will Download automatically. Then, they say to type"update Now" in the command bar. That seems to do nothing but result in a study of "update now" listings in my library! Quaint! Any ideas? Maybe give it a day or two?

they appear to be "rolling" it out at differing times in different time zones etc

I assume this is to make it easier on their servers?

I would presume that L4 for Windows PC's is running under VM - but what version is it? Update Now should not behave that way

Maybe give it a day or two?

Been a busy time in life! I finally contacted support and Don helped me with the VM version. I am trying to get my new resources downloaded on the Mac side. I cannot for the life of me get my latest resource. "Exploring the mind and Heart of the Prince of Preachers" about Spurgeon. Any ideas to get ot loaded. I have tried the restart, I have tried typing it in command.....help?

If it downloaded under VM then you might be able to scan it from the Mac side but you should address this issue to the Mac forum.

You must select any command under Tools in order to execute it. If it does not appear under Tools then it is not a command!

"Update now" should not work in that fashion. It has always worked for me though at the moment there are no updates to my current holdings so I get a message that there are no updates available -- which is to be expected. I don't understand why your setup is responding in that fashion. I also am running L4 under Vista (I need to get my DVD replaced so I can install Windows 7) so there should be no difference in response to our commands.

Yes, I understood that this was the message he was receiving. I don't get that.
