Is it possible to print a passage list? Sorry if its easy, I just can't figure it out
Not from within Logos. More support for printing is under development for a future release.
But in the meantime, you can select the entire passage list (Ctrl+A) copy it (Ctrl+C, or right click and select Copy) and paste it into Word and print from there.
