How do i select which note i want to store highlights in app.logos.com? Also can i select the highlighter pen to use?

And how does biblia.com differ from app.logos.com?

I don't know if I can answer your other questions, but I'll take a stab at this one. Biblia has been around for many years and was really only a means to read <some> of your resources in a web interface. The web app, on the other hand, is an attempt to create full functionality in a browser. Features are slowly-but steadily being added. The answer to your highlighter questions may be, "not yet."

The way notes work on app.logos.com (and will be moving to the desktop and mobile platforms at some stage) is different and the need to assign notes documents isn't there. You can create "notebooks" if you wish but they are not necessary. If you do create notebooks you can assign highlights to them as shown

You can assign a highlight style - but as far as I can see it needs to be applied after creating the highlight.

I've some highlights made on the desktop/mobile app, any way to see those highlight on the web app?

Are the highlights made on the web app sync back to desktop/mobile app?

Hi Sean, welcome to the forums.

The web app is using a new notes system (which is still in development). It doesn’t sync with the old notes system. Once the other platforms switch to the new notes system (likely later this year), your existing desktop/mobile notes will get migrated to the new notes system, and they will be visible everywhere.

There is a beta for new notes on the desktop platform, which would let you use/share new note system notes from web or desktop. If you need access now to notes in both places, you can join the beta. See the following thread for more details:
