Whenever I try to open my notes, the whole program crashes. I am using the windows desktop version of Logos 7.

Does it crash with any Note file, or a specific one?
As it appears to be connected to Font, try changing the Default Notes Font in Tools > Program Settings.
When I look in my program settings, no fonts are available for me to choose or change . There is just a blank drop-down menu.
I am not able to make any new notes or open older notes that I have already created
This is caused by a bug in a previous Microsoft Windows Update that should be fixed if you install the latest updates for your system.
