Beta 3 Opens Strangely, also crashes

The first few times I opened Beta 3 it opened strangely - the program window ran off the top of the screen and could not be dragged down. It maximizes correctly, but then pops back to that same place if minimized. See attached screen shot. Now it opens correct, but still minimizes to that position.

Also crashes when I try to load a custom layout:
open Logos
(home page is customized to not show)
select a custom layout
program stops working

I'll add the logs in a reply.

    Hi a user found a clear repro for this one, if you have the window not maximized, move it to the top of your screen so it snaps, maximize it, and then restore it (unmaximize) it will reproduce this location issue. To move the window back to a better spot, right-click on the Logos Bible Software 4 window in the task-bar and click move, then use the keyboard down arrow key.
