I have poor coordination, and find selecting text with a keyboard far more efficient that using a mouse. is this possible in logos?

No  but...

in a resource you can click at an endpoint and drag in the direction that you want to go for a little, then you can then select the actual second end point with shift held down and the intermediate text will highlight.

In a bible the 'Copy Bible Text' tool is the way to go.
