I have Windows 10 Pro. Version 1803. New to Forums. Unable to use program. I have just the Basics for Logos 7 BIBLE Software. When launching program a "Not Responding" error message comes up.
Provide detailed logs as per https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging i.e. enable logging, start Logos and upload the compressed Log folder when it fails. Also, try starting with CTRL key held and signing in (it will try to open a blank window). Upload logs if it fails.
