I'm not sure what the problem is - the Passage Guide on the chapter is linked to the first verse in that chapter (the only verse) that has a note in the Study Bible. This is what I would expect.

Yes, the issue is that both the actual section in the Study Bible which discusses the chapter and articles in the "Articles and Resources" section are tagged with biblical milestones. There are many examples of this.
I'm not sure if the tagging in the Articles section should be removed or whether the Passage Guide should "know" to return the first result.
