iOS - Will the notes tool be coming to our mobile devices?

I really do take my ipad with me much more than my laptop. I do read on it, but also prepare my studies as well. But the web version on the ipad doesnt behave or play well at times no matter which browser I use. So will the notes tool be coming to the mobile app?
