When adding Community tags on Headwords of resources not tagged by Logos, I frequently find cases where there is no appropriate Logos Factbook card to tag the headword with. Sometimes this is because the Logos tagging is too coarse, at other times it simply is a genuinely new entry.
I suggest that a workflow be provided where the person applying the Community Tags can report the missing tags, see that it has already been reported, and be assured that it will be added within n weeks so that they can complete their work on the resource.
