Has anyone tried the MacOS Mojave Public Beta? Yes, I know all the disclaimers, don't use it on your main machine, it's not ready for prime time, etc. Some of us like to live dangerously, but like others to live dangerously first. If any of you have put it on your machine, please let us know if it's Logos friendly.

I have the same question - I haven't been bold enough to wade in because of Logos.

please let us know if it's Logos friendly.

...but even if it is currently "logos friendly" doesn't mean that it will continue to be so throughout the builds. I remember a few years ago when a subsequent release broke everything.

Ok, I lived dangerously. As of now, Logos works fine. Haven't had an application show any problems yet.

    Apps I've used...

    Logos

    Scrivener

    Ulysses

    Bartender 3

    Popclip

    Canary Mail

MS Word, Excel and Power Point

    Alfred 3

    Backblaze

    Setapp

Logos obviously doesn't have dark mode implemented yet. The above apps work fine. The only app that's not working as advertised is Pastebot.

I too have the public beta and as for Logos it's been pretty stable so far. I have had no noticeable problems related to running Mojave.

I took the leap and installed. So far, so good. The only issue I've had is printing from Excel.

Thanks so much. I had huge Logos problems with the High Sierra beta. I'm glad that it's working fine.

So far so good. Have not encountered any weird behavior from Logos with Mojave.

I have it on my Mac and haven't run into any problems, plus dark mode is really nice for those late nights with tired eyes![8-|]

Tonight I am having an issue exporting documents from Logos into PDF or Word. Logos crashes every time. Not sure if it is the update that they just did or the Beta version of Mojave. Anyone else having the same issue?

I have not had any more problems with it. There have been several Beta updates over the past couple of weeks.

Yes, I upgraded a macbook pro 2018 (15inch) to Mojave. i installed all updates and then try to install logos Mac version. But the installer can not open properly, it keeps flashing in the dock and I even cannot force quit the program in activity monitor.

Any way to install logos 7 on mojave? I really hope to do this because I need to study Hebrew in seminary in mid-September. Thanks

Forgive me if I am 'trying to teach my grandmother to suck eggs' but...

Your symptoms are remarkably similar to those that folk who have not completed the installation correctly get.

Might I suggest that you go to the Logos Site and download a fresh dmgfor the program.

Once it has downloaded click on the dmg and when the window opens drag the Logos icon over the Applications icon.

You will likely get a warning about replacing an existing item - choose replace.

This should overwrite the existing software and give you a nice clean engine to run your resources.

Don't bother with deleting anything in preparation for this but dispose of the dmg to trash once everything has completed.

Let us know how you get on.

I have been trying to install for the first time logos 7 in Mojave and it tells me that the file is "damaged". Apparently there is still no compatibility (unless someone knows something that I do not yet). So far I have not been able to work on my macbook pro 2012 (Mojave) with logos 7.

Logos 7 works fine in Mojave.

Suggest that you first re-download the install dmg file and try again. Go here: https://www.logos.com/install-logos-7

If that doesn't work, please create a new thread in the Logos 7 forum detailing your problem: https://community.logos.com/forums/141.aspx
