Windows help?

There was a person that had virtuawin on windows 7.  I have downloaded it again for W7.  I had it working relatively good in XP but I think it was just by dumb luck to get it working the way it was.  I have tried to play with the settings and so forth but can not figure it out.  I really want some help to get this working for me instead of against me.
