iOS and iPad Sync Issues
I love the potential capability that the Sermon builder presents through Logos. I have been a user of Evernote for years and recently tried Sermonary, but when I discovered what Logos "could do," I was very excited. Much to my dismay, not a week has gone by yet when I didn't have to uninstall the iPad app in order to get my sermon to sync correctly. This should be an easy fix...right?
I am running Mac 10.13.5 and 11.4 on my iPad. Both are up to date and no problems exist elsewhere. Just this app and its ability to sync from what is prepared on my MacBook.
Is there hope?
Is there a solution?
Does anyone from Logos read these? ;-) Just kidding, I know you do...but seriously.

I have similar issues. Problem is, they're sporadic.
It appears to be caused by editing existing text on the iPad - something is causing a clash in the sync process there I think...

Do you mean that the sermon document is not synched at all, or that some parts of it are missing?

Interested by your comment because the mobile app doesn’t have the capability to edit a sermon document. Are you doing it using the web app from the iPad? If so, I did see some problems some time ago but those specific issues were fixed

Sorry, I wasn't clear... I meant editing text that was already downloaded to the iPad. I don't usually get issues, but had some a few months back, and had them again a couple of weeks ago.

Was this editing text in a Notes Document or something else?

The sermon will sync, but as another responder indicated, it seems that if you go back and edit the already synced sermon, it won't sync correctly a 2nd time. It's one shot, one kill. And I have had to completely reinstall the app to get it to load the "new" sermon.

Has anyone solved this? I have the same issue. Created Sermon on my Mac, then the iPad did not pick up changes and scrambled the two together. This has been going on for about a month. Please advise.
