Beta 3 installation annoyances
1) I lost my prefered resources. Annoying, but this is a Beta and they should now be shared over the cloud, so this shouldn't happen again.
2) I tried to promote the lectionary to be first in the customize screen. Unfortunately, I think I dragged it a bit too high and have lost the lectionary... Is there any way to get it back?

Yeah, I lost my prioritized resource listing as well... a little annoying but I too am hoping it's only because we in the early beta stage...

I too lost my prioritised resources. But, if that's the pain for being able to set advanced options for Greek/Hebrew et al. then that's OK.

My lectionary was not there, then it was there, then it was not there, then mine too disappeared into the ether, and then it reappeared again. All was well in the end.
It was a bit of a frustrating update. Mine starting indexing, then it started downloading, then it started indexing again - repeat three or four times.... I wondered if it was ever going to end.

I spoke too soon... My lectionary has disappeared again..... This is the only part of the top banner, as it stands, which I use....

Same here. I promoted it to first place because it is the only part I use. On my default screen, it was also the only one visible.
As soon as the lectionary seemed to be gone, I tried exiting, hoping to get out of there before sync had stuck me without the lectionary, and when I restarted, I had a lectionary - for about a minute.
Re: frustrating install
I was anxious to get B3 installed and indexing before going to bed. There were various premature partial things sent out by Logos that were still B2, but once I got B3 installed, the installer actually hung up right before indexing. I know I should have saved the log and sent it on to Logos, but wasn't thinking of that. Instead I rebooted and let it rediscover resources and reindex.
This means that neither Beta upgrade for me was entirely smooth, (I actually had an error message going to Beta 2) but in spite of this, the update process did eventually work.
I was hoping that there would be some more logos4 resources, but then again, I bet you limited bandwidth people are please that this isn't a monster download.

I was hoping for more this time too. Next week, about five hours before the next Beta is released, I will leave behind my generous DSL connection for a month and have to rely on a smaller and much, much slower mobile internet connection.

Can you guys include screenshots of the stuff that's missing?

I actually had it back for a while and promoted it to #2. However, when I just promoted it to #1 I lost it.

Attached is log for most recent session where I lost the lectionary. There is actually also a indexer log in the folder, but it hasn't been touched in 12 hours, so I thought you only need this one.

Thanks Kenneth, Melissa filed a case against this mysterious disappearance. In the mean time you may try closing and reopening Logos4 to see if it comes back, I've heard it may magically reappear.

It seems to be back, at least for now, and even as #1.

My lectionary has disappeared from the GO bar again - it's a slippery thing...
I have not seen it there since beta 3 installed
