Saw this commentary on sale -I love the 2000 edition! BUUUT it seems like the cover is different than the one I own and is a different version/edition. Which is it? Is this a newer edition?

No. As you can see from the grey button, the version on sale is just the same you own. It may be that the publisher changed the cover for a reprint, but it seems that there only is the year 2000 edition of his commentary (unlike the NT version, which really got a second edition).
