I always wonder why they leave certain volumes out when they have sales on individual volumes in a series. This seems to be the case every time they have one of these commentary sales, a handful of the volumes in a series (usually the ones I want lol) are not a part of the sale.
I can’t comment on the specific volume in the OP’s question but if general you will find the pre-publication pricing policy resulting in volumes released in the last six months excluded from sales like this one.
I don't know when this came out on prepub but the commentary is from 2007 so it's not a new publication. I also note that on the "My Logos Messages" it says

Based those three words "individual volumes from" I think their legal department would say their in the clear. lol j/k Technically, it's correct, there are individual volumes from these series that are on sale. It doesn't necessarily mean all. In my experience I've never seen ALL of the individual volumes of a commentary series on sale during these types of sales, usually just some or even most, but not all. And that includes commentaries that have been out for a while. They rarely put them ALL on sale. The number of volumes (e.g. "18 vols.") is actually a part of the title of the whole series listed in the store. And like you said, if you buy the entire series, the whole thing is on sale (the bundle including all 18 vols.).
